Dolby & Harding Excavating wanted to grow beyond the small-time look and feel of their previous logo and website. They delivered the same performance and capabilities of the big-kahunas in the business, and when we first started working together they felt like it was time to look it too. Bringing top-tier operators to worksites for highway infrastructure, full site services for residential and commercial developments, and large and small scale landscaping for clients of all sizes, they needed to get their business and all of its facets in front of a wide audience, and looking good at the same time.
02. Working Process
Taking a business that’s already in a highly saturated market and getting them to stand out was the goal. A new logo with strong colours to base all of their designs for the coming decades was the first step, then a website that provides information, connection to customers, and confidence in their business was the next step. Both were delivered, and trucks, excavators, and other equipment were decaled and branded.
This client was so thrilled with the result that they wanted to try Google Ads right away. Well, it worked. So much so that they referred to it as “a customer faucet”. Ads drove so much business that the staff had to be expanded, and then the ads actually had to be paused because they couldn’t keep up. Now, the ads are used to ensure that their funnel is full into the foreseeable future and that their whole team is out in the field being productive as much as possible.
